[Resolved] Jabong.com — Pickup is not done in more than 10 days | |||||
I received my order (No. [protected]) on 10th Jan and placed a request to return products on the very same day. Since then I get a message everyday in the morning that "the Shadowfax will pick up my order by EOD" and in the evening they message me saying that they tried to reach me but my number was not reachable OR they message me that "we noted your request to reschedule the pickup of your order". But the truth is neither I get any call from these crap Shadowfax people nor I placed any request to reschedule the pickup. Infact I tried many times to call on Shadowfax support no : [protected] (all lines are always busy on this number) and on the concerned person Mr. Sahil Shokeen's no: [protected] (which is always switched off). Its damn irritating for me now. I have complained about the same on jabong's customer care as well but nothing has been done yet . Kindly complete the process and return my money ASAP. *** worst services experiience for me by any e-commerce site.. REALLY DISAPPONTING Was this information helpful? | |||||
