Jabong.com — product not received but status updated delivered and no action has been taken by company

We have placed an order of varang embroidered chanderi kurta on 26th september under the order no. 108986264160347496901. The product status is showing delivered at 4th september 2018 received by my name.

But i have not received any order. I have received one email with attachement of sign proof. I. E not my sign.

Also note that the shipment payment was already done online.

Kindly expedite this complaint.

I ordered shoes and sandles, I got shoes but since there was some quality failure they cancelled the sandals. I did payment with the credit card and it's been 20 days I haven't got my refund yet My order number is 108931758223049150201
