[Resolved] Jabong.com — product store in second use- jabong | |||||
I received a MAST AND HARBOUR SHOE towards order no. [protected] on 1ST DEC 2017 I got to wear it only 2 times and yesterday strap came out as if it was fixed very recently with some glue, supposedly a defective item. It has been only 16days since delivery. How can such defective products bypass jabong quality check. Moreover, jabong customer care and chief manager says that i have cross 15 days. I want to return 2items but it has been a month now and still the product is with me..i alrdy mentioned to call on alternate no.but again and again ur field executive calling on wrong number..
