[Resolved] Jabong.com — Products not delivered while full money is charged | |||
I places one order for more than 5 T-shirts with Jabong.com on 18th September and the delivery was done in parts. The first parcel received had a label on it saying there are 4 T-shirts inside. When opened, there were only 2 Tshirts, and the other two amounting to around 1100/- Rupees are absconding. There starts a series of phone calls and blame-game. Their Delivery partner (named Delhivery) says error is on jabong side and Jabong blames it on delhivery. In between i keep looking at them one by one from last 15 days. Every other day they send one SMS saying we are working tirelessly to resolve your issue but nothing solid ever happened. And one fine day, i receive an SMS saying Your complaint has been successfully closed. On calling them, i get a reply saying even we are thinking why the complaint is closed !!! Pack your bags and change your business if you don't know how it runs and Learn something from Flipkart. The T-shirts were supposed to be gifted to somebody whose birthday has already passed. This is irritating. Details of my order: Order Number: [protected] Order date: 18 Sep 14 P.S: I have already sent you emails with photos of products received. Don't come every other day with same excuse of not having received my email. Request you to be sensible and professional.
