Jabong.com — refund has not done

I returned a product of jabong on 28 nov 2018. Though my profile of jabong is flashing that the return has been initiated on 28 nov to my bank account but i still didn't receive the money.

According to the terms nd policy i should have got my refund within 7-10 days but it already has been 16 days but i didn't receive the money
