Jabong.com — regarding my undelivered product

I Mr. Syed Faisal Placed order on 23/9/18 Ruosh Appu 1 Brown Sandals,
order Id:[protected]-0908203 which expected to delivered on 26/9/18
but yesterday i got massage that out for delivery then later got massage that "Refuse to accept my Product", which i have'nt received any call from courier agent at the same time i tried to call but its switch off, courier agent name: Rama Krishna, Mob no: [protected], and also I called to customer care twice they have just said that they would raised the complaint but no confirmation email sent us still, this is not only the first time i m facing this whenever i Placed some order i used to get this type of situation, I would request to Jabong Team please take an action against this courier agent & deliver my product as earliest possible.
