Jabong.com — return not picked from long time

I have ordered 1 puma shoes and one puma shorts (ORDER ID [protected] which i requested to return the product, as per jabong courier person visited 2 times and i am not available to return the product
but i have not received any call from jabong courier person, i have called 4 to 6 Jabong customer care and requested to provide courier person contact number before visiting to my place, they denied to provide and informed me we don't have any details about courier person contact. i am fed up to call every day customer care and everyone giving different answer.please help on this

note:i have sent email 3 times to jabong no response from them, they are mentioning customer canceled find the attached screen shot
