I accidentally duplicated my order and would like to return the extra pair of shoes. But the app is showing they don't have pick up at the exact same location where they have delivered.
This is outrageous, if they don't provide a return pickup that should have been mentioned on the website.
A customer is entitled to get his order cancelled or returned with full refund if he's not pleased with the product.

Jabong.com is Not giving back my refund. I had sent the products back to jabong facility but they are not Refunding it.
