[Resolved]  Jabong.com — return product not being picked up

Hi,

I had placed an order with jabong for multiple products order no [protected]. I had opted for return of next ponte pencil skirt costing rs 1470/- as the size was too large for me.

The courier service that works with jabong has not been contacting me inspite of several return requests being opened and closed over the weeks. This is very frustrating as eventually i would end up losing my money and keeping a product that doesn’t even fit me.

I have been chasing the jabong customer care through phone emails and they assure me that they are doing their best and have no details of the third party courier service.

So in this case what should the customer do? Who should i contact? How many days should i sit with the package? My purchase is a total of more than rs 5170 and this is the service i am getting.

I even asked them for a courier address where i could courier them. But yet again i am being asked to wait until pick up happens.

How long should i wait? After 3 days the request would be closed staying some # reason and a new one would be opened again asking me to wait. Is there an end to this?

Be assured i would never order from jabong hereafter.

This is heights of poor service, follow up etc. I have not even received any call for my complaint that was raised that has a resolution time of 7 days.

The return is being tracked under reference number 60896646.

Please suggest how do i get these jabong guys to take their product and refund my money

I ordered shoes from Jabong on April 14 2018, and it reached on 19 April 2018. Due to size issue I requested an exchange on 19 April. But the pick up hasn’t been happened yet. Please help me.

I had ordered a sandal and then made a return request on 2 may. The payment was made online for it. Then the next day it was picked up by a person from Jabong. And they mentioned on Sir that return request is closed. But the refund has not been done on the account.

I have ordered a jumpsuit on Jabong.as it didn't fit me well I had put up a return request no 67481887 on 14 Aug but it has not been initiated yet.although I'm getting messages that my return request has been cancelled.and I don't know the reason. I wish to return the item.kindly help
