Jabong.com — returning issue

Recently I bought a jeans. But since the product varied from what is shown in the app, I decided to return it. But when I entered the pincode, it showed that the pick up is unavailable. The I tried self ship and was not able to do that too. I am really disappointed in this action. I really want to return the product. So please do necessary action for this problem. Order No [protected], Deliverer product due date is 10th July 2018, but it is not deliver on time and when i am ask the customer care they tells please take patient ..
