Jabong.com — shoes fraud

I ordered a shoe from jabong, which got delivered on 9th of this month, shoe was short in size so i requested for exchange for uk size 10 instead o[censored]k 9. I got the exchanged shoe on 12th july. The shoe was of hrx, so the box in which i got the shoe was of myntra.

Shoe was defective first of all, then nob was not there of laces, and last thing is the shoe i got was again o[censored]k 9 and on the flap of shoe there was a sticker uk 10.

I also got pictures and video for the same and jabong team is not helping me out and only offering a refund.

This is a case of total fraudulent.
