Jabong.com — sub standard product delivered and refund refused | |||
I ordered a pair of Ruosh shoes from Jabong. They delivered a pair which seemed worn out and I requested a return immediately. The courier boy picked up the item and then returned it after a few days saying it failed quality check. This happened three times after which there was no response from Jabong. They refused the return stating the same reason. That the shoes seem worn out. No assistance was provided despite multiple mails and phone calls. Why should a customer have to pay for the condition that the shoes came in? Evn the tags are all intact and they still refuse to return the item. Was this information helpful? | |||
