Jabong.com — unethical behaviour, data theft, refund denied | |||||
I had ordered a product and requested return. Someone from jabong came to my home directly, collected the product and told me that i will get the refund processed. Pickup was done on 25th dec. Now despite numerous complains, jabong has not refunded or provided details. They have not shared details of investigation done. Sending someone unknown to collect or to deliberately share address, order details etc means putting me and my family at risk of being harmed. As jabong has clearly violated all norms, i would be filing a lawsuit for data theft, putting me and my family including my young daughter in harm's way. Was this information helpful? | |||||
