Jabong.com — w women blue kurta return has failed saying quality check failed | |||
I have ordered a w kurta of rs1141.28. I did not like and hence returned the product. The first time they declined my refund saying product quality check failed as i have returned wrong product. However it was the same product. I clicked the images of kurta which has returned back to me saying quality check fauled and sent them the images. After struggling for 20 days my re-return request got approved and this time i have to ship the kurta at warehouse. I did that and now again jabong is saying that quality check failed. It has been 10 days now i have raised a complaint asking for the reason but i did not get any update even after waiting for 10 days. Everytime i call jabong care and the the resolution provided by them is "please wait for more 48 hours". Order no#110201892435084457703 Was this information helpful? | |||
