Jabong.com — want to return product and my refund back | |
I had placed order for a few products from jabong.com on 28th sep. The order id was 111883038407654940303 and got them all delivered by 4th sep. But two of them were not good. So i requested for the return of those two products on jabong.com on 6th sep and my request was accepted. These products return id was [protected] and [protected] according to the email response i got from jabong. The date for the pickup was scheduled on 11th sep. But now it’s showing that the return request has been declined. But i hv not done anything. Neither they told me any reason for declining this. There was 15 days return policy available for these products. I dont want these product anymore. Why are they not taking it back and refunding my money. I want my money back.
