[Resolved] Jabong.com — Warranty Claim issue | |||||
Purchased Vans Sneaker Shoes from Jabong(details of product&communication attached)which prescribed 3 months' warranty (mentioned in product details at Jabong website) but after approx 2 month of purchase, the color of product faded. The problem was reported immediately before expiry of 3 month period of purchase (attached email sent to jabong) on which their calls were received responding that they are in discussions with the manufacturing company - 'Vans' and will revert accordingly and made several promises to provide a resolution. I made several calls at their service center from which I came to know twice that my warranty claim has been closed and is being generated again on this request. After 14 days of such communication it is implied that they are intentionally delaying the matter and do not really want to bear the defect cost. This is their act of making false promises, providing defective goods. This is deficiency in their services and it is creating mental frustration. Was this information helpful? | |||||
