Jabong.com — wrong product delivered and complaint already but no resolution got till now | |||||
Order id: [protected] Complain id: 67109492 I have ordered brown u. S. Polo chinos and exchanged it due to fitting reasons with one bigger size. And in the exchange product totally different product is delivered to me. I have raised complaint regarding it on the same day of delivery (7th august 2018) by call. Jabong representative told me to wait me to wait for 48 hours to registered the complaint. Within 48 hours no complaint was registered from your side so i call u back after almost 72 hours than only u registered my complaint. This is not all. After registered complaint i request your representative to arrange call back from senior they asked me to wait for 24 hours but as usual no response within time and i call u back on 10th of august at that time u told me to wait for 4 working days from date od complaint registered. 5 days are gone but no any single update or call from ur side.
