Jabong.com — wrong product delivery | |||||
I have ordered a oxolloxo white printed shift dress on 10-aug-2018 (Order number #[protected]) but worng product (Grey colour cotton top, size for 11-12 yr girl) was delivered on 12-aug-2018. I initiated replacement action on same day. On 13-aug-2018, person has came for taking return but he has not accepted the product as according to him the product was not same as per his data. I told him that i got the wrong product but he has not accepted. I have attached the photo of what i ordered and what i received. He told me to contact customer care to file my query. I tried to contact customer care but no one was picking up the call. I got the mail that delivery boy said u have chosen to keep the product and close the request of return.
