Jaguar — Taps

I have lodged a complain on 7/9/21. A person visited my house on 8/9/21 . Handed me a customer copy with replacement guarantee of 4 products of jaguar but its almost 1month they are not turning up for it. They are just giving dates after dates for replacement. Why I have to wait for replacement for 1 month after purchasing product of such a big brand. I might have used a local product
