On 17th march, we bought a gown for my dil costing rs 17000 from your ernakulam shop. After doing the alteration i e stitching sleeves, we noticed that it is tore deep inside. Your people did not properly check it and we took away thinking everything fine keeping in mind your goodwill in the market. We spoke to your customer care but were informed that since alteration has been done it cannot be replaced. Is it the way you are dealing with your customers. First of all why such a damaged item was there in your store. Was it intentionally a clearance sale or there is no value of money of your customers. This stuff is supposed to be the costume of my daugter in law’s marriage reception on 7th april at perumbavoor and what reply you have in this regard. Your people said”bring it for repairing”. Should we use a repaired item after paying full amount.
