Jain Enterprises — Sweat slim. Belt
After viewing the advertisement on T V about Sweat Slim belts I ordered the same on 02/02/2017 which I received on 02/03/2017. I was told by the delivery boy that if the product is not effective or defective the same shall be replaced or amount will be refunded if the complaint is made within 15 days.I'm trying to reach out to the company over phone [protected], [protected] but the are not taking my call.Today, also I have tried to call the Customer care number but after hearing that I have purchased and want to complain they disconnected. Please help.
They said that why are you calling again and again. They said they have already my complaint but when I ask for complaint no. Then they refused to give any complaint number and said compliant department will call back but till date I didn't get any call from Sweat Slim Belt.
Just now i called [protected], they asked for the company name which is on the package, when i said it is Jain Enterprises, they are escaping saying it is not our company. Was this information helpful? |
