I took the belt on line in gulf and the same day it started to tore from several parts please let me know is it replaced here in gulf or we have to send it to india

I have purchased the sweat and slim belt from TV add, and two days after i have received the same from your organization.

This is for your necessary action that the quality of the belt is not good kindly replace/refund the same and tell your executive to collect the same from my home.
i am here attaching the bill and belt picture for your reference.
One more things to give you notice that given both number is not working condition which is printed on bill.

I bought by phone order within two days the two belts got tore off. It is the worst product.I can't change the product they are not picking the phone.they have cheered us. So please don't buy this company products. We have to put criminal case on them.not responding all are duplicate
