We are having medclaim policy under group policy which has been survied by jain international organisation with assosiation of national insurence and tpa with vipul medcare, card no is [protected], name with Talakshi Shamji Mamaniya, residig at nalasopara, he was admited to hospital on 16/01/2017 and discharged on 21/01/2017, we had intimeted tpa on 17/01/2017 by phone, as on 17/01/2017 we had contacted to tpa, after this date tpa is not lifting the phone and we had also visited to jio office at sion, we didnt got proper guidence and not got any satisfied answers from them, also vipul med care is not lifting the phone, who is tpa for said mediclaim policy, we had intimeted tpa on 16/01/2017 and today is 12/02/2017 about to 1 month is pass, so now help us how we get our claim Was this information helpful? | |||||

Mr gala 87, instead of intimation over phone, you might have sent an e mail to tpa as well as insurer or in the form of hard copy of letter, insurer or tpa may say no call request was received from you for approval, if treatment is not cash less intimation within 48 hours of hospital admission or as per T&C of policy is required. Always maintain hard copy of record as as proof.
Mr umeshraka, Always you may receive sms or letter from insurer for renewal, in absence of which there is a grace period of 30 days from due date for renewal, if there is a grace period remains you may renew your policy.

they are lying, they are trying to save him self is not good practice of business we had call him and intimated them on 17/01/2017 as insurer was admitted to hospital on 16/01/2017, after that they were not lifting the phone and phone is not reachable, insurer was patient so he was not able to go for further process and notable to takel this situation as he is not so litterer, when i come to know that i had sent mail to shravak arogyam and prudential, so now help insurer and tell process, what to do,
