Jaipur Nagar Nigam — Collection of garbage, problems of flies and infection

Respected Sir/Madam, There is a lot of garbage collected beside our house. Actually there is an empty space of a plot attach to our house. Our neighbors have started to use it for their garbage disposal. We have requested them a lot to stop it, since because of it, there is a lot of flies in our house which are causing severe infection to our children. We have also talked to owner of that space to build a wall and put a notice for not using this space for garbage disposal, but he refused to do it. Please do something regarding it.
