[Resolved] Jaipur National University — no support from support executive | |||
I am trying to reach their support executive since last one week and no response from them. Also I have sent email to all email which they published on their site but no luck so far. Looks like they closed their operation and ran away with all our money. Definitely need to teach them a good lesson and get our money back by any means. I made several calls and email to their customer care at [protected]/ [protected] and [protected]@universitysupportservices.co.in, [protected]@universitysupportservices.co.in but no response from their side. They don't even bother to reply as a courtesy. Also when I open up the home page of their web site http://www.jnujprdistance.com/ at 10:15 AM IST, I see their chat service also offline. This I have been noticing since last one week and I am really concerned about their existence now. Please help us . Was this information helpful? | |||

Now from 15 days over as communication with you about my 5th and 6th semester mark sheet, you said you will receive your 5th and 6th semester mark sheet in octember-2017 end but still i am not got both mark sheet.
Now am continuously follow up using phone and email communication but every time you communication number [protected], 63, 64, 65 continuously ringing and busy all the time.
I have send lot of emails to you but still not got any email reply from your side. what is the issue i don't know student required its mark sheet but you are not providing to me.
I need to communicate daily basis with you but you have not any responsibility to communicate with me (student).
Sandeep Sir this is very frustrating please understand and send my 5th and 6th semester mark sheet as soon as possible
