Jaipur National University — The blackboard web application has been under maintenance since the day I enrolled

I enrolled for JNU MBA distance learning course in November, 2015. Since, the day my ID got activated, the blackboard application which was supposed to have recorded and live lectures has been under maintenance. JNU is very particular about deactivating the IDs of students who have defaulted on fee payment. Wish they showed the same efficiency for the services offered. The customer support is not of much help and I keep getting the same response for every mail. "Blackboard is in up-gradation mode". Now, my complaint is that they assured me there would be live and recorded lectures. Nothing of that sort has ever happened. The fees amount I paid for this course so far: 25000 + 12000 = Rs. 37000.

Same here, from last 3 months we are not able to do login in BB.

I am still facing issue with login but no proper information. Even not able to contact University person. Some third party institute takes care of all service on behalf o[censored]niversity. This is real mess.

They are only money minded. Interested to squeeze money from poor students by way of fees.

Change student executive frequently and no good support or assistance.

If joined, think that your money is wasted. Skip, if you don't want to loose more money.
