JaldiFatafat — Neither the item is received nor the money is refunded | |
I ordered a 360° spin floor cleaning easy magic steel bucket mop with 2 microfiber heads from jaldifatafat.com on 25th march 2020. The item is not recieved till date and there has been no update from the company regarding the delivery. I sent an email on their customer care id on 18th august 2020 asking them to refund my money back to the account from which it is paid. I recieved a reply saying that they have refunded my money in their wallet which can be used for any future purchases and asked me to go through their refund policy. I think this forcing the consumer to buy from them after such a bad experience. I want my money back in the account from which it is paid. Please help.

I got a call from jaldifatafat customer care. He said he will refund the amount but asked me to install an app from play store. When I refused to do so he simply said that my amount will not be refunded unless I download the application. This is harrasment without any reason. Please help.
