Jamia Millia Islamia University — deduction of application fees amount but not received of payment

This is against the ref. No. 94728033igaczttfa9. I have filled the application for bba. The amount has been deducted from the bank account but it is showing that the payment has not made. The amount was rs. 561. Please take an action as soon as possible. I have made the payment on 28th feb 2018.
Jamia must have to create a simpler mode of payment.
