Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — illegal amount deduction in my account | |||
I have a salary account in jammu and kashmir bank on 11th oct 2018 my account was debited amount rs. 188.14 for bccalc recovery charges and rs. 47.20 as atm recovery charges and lien balance of 396.00. I do not under stand the meaning of these charges please return these amount to my account. These terms are not understandable so bank should notify customers about the same and make us aware.
