Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — no refund of failed transaction | |||
I am a saving bank account holder in jammu and kashmir bank, branch Trehgam. Ifsc code JAKA0TRHGAM. on 3rd march2018 while transacting online my transaction of rs 561 failed due to some unknown reason but the amount was deducted from my account. I approached my bank branch, requested them to look into the matter and refund the deducted amount. it has been almost 45 days but my money has not been returned. I visited the branch many times but all in vain. Everytime they provide me an excuse and are in no mood to return my money. My a/c no. Is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
