Returned two cabin fans fulfilled by amazon purchased vide order nos
[protected] &[protected] paid by cash on delivery.
Two refunds of rs 1870/- each
Issued by amazon on[protected] on above bank vide
Refund reference nos.[protected] &
[protected]
But have not been credited to my bank account till now. Bank asks for unique
Transaction id number where as amazon provides only refund reference
Numbers. I do not know what to do and how to resolve the issue now.
I had provided my bank account number to amazon for refund.
