I am asra and on 20th july i recharged my phn on amazon pay but that was cancelled two times first transaction was of 360 rs and another transaction was of 355 rs as the payment was initiated in the behalf of amazon and it’s stuck somewhere they have provided me reference no 596630 and 914417. So pease solve this issue so that i will continue to have blief in jammu and kashmir bank
