Dear Sir,
I had make a transaction jk bank to JK Grameen Bank through Jkmpay IMPS, BUT due to one number of account no was entered by accidentally. the transaction is credited to the wrong account, i had approached to to Concern Grameen Bank Branch Manager, the Amount which is wrongly Credited to another account has been Freezed by The Branch Manager.
then, i am visiting too many times to my own bank JK BANK SURANKOTE for complaint But no one is serious towards my complaint, its 2 weeks ago but still my complaint is not resolved,
kindly refund my amount as soon as possible .
