Jan Aushadhi — supplying medicine without gst bill

I have purchased levipil500mg at Jan Aushadhi store, #31 /5, Anna Sakai, opp Muslim school. Vellore 632001. Owner pH no velu [protected], I have asked for bill, bill was written by cash memo without address, . Then I asked for GST bill but the owner is telling there no GST no as of date. There is no proper response and using vulger words for asking GST bill.kindly clarify the details and make it as proper procedure
