Sir... I was complaining since 15 days but no accelation has been taken yet. Its really disappointing that we are facing no water supply in flush tank just because of neither working of buttons. Calling again and again to customer care is of no use as they only follow their pitch. U guys are not worth. Would like to talk to senior executive bt they put call on hold for 10 min. And disconnected. What the hell is this!!. This is my last attempt to aware u guys.. Lets see what happens now. My complaint nos. Are 00938454, 00970435, 00985020 Was this information helpful? | |||

The knob to operate the shower and the handle of the flu has has become very tight to operate. They need a service, cleaning .its not practically possible to operate them.Children can’t use it
