Jaquar — About product warranty

I have already purchase two 3/4 inch concilstopcock of rupees 1480 each from near Hardware shop KORCO HARDWARE, SANGAT BAZAR, MIDNAPORE TOWN, PASCHIM MEDINIPUR, WESTBENGAL. But one of it now fitting in my bathroom now but not fit with valve. Size of valve and handle hole r different. But the Hardware shop not change this rather this product is 10 years warranty. Plz help me and send any technician of your company as soon as possible and obliged.
