Dear sir,
We purchased and installed “jaquar artize ranjoy” shower around one and half year back.
For last few weeks, it has not been functioning well and the water flow is also very week.
We have contacted jaquar customer service several times. However every time the person who visits, says that he does not know how to service this shower.
We are asked to contact jaquar customer service agent in my local area (Lake town, kolkata) by one of the technicians. He gave a mobile number.
The mobile number given was[protected]. We spoke to a lady named sunonjana chatterjee.
She informed us that two people are required to service the shower and she can provide only one and that we should arrange another on our own. We told her that we would not be able to arrange anyone. Also since this is a high tech system, we don’t want anyone else than jaquar technician to open and service it. To this she replied that we are not the only people who have installed jaquar shower and that if we cannot arrange a person, we should forget about it. We asked for jaquar customer service email, to which she said rudely that she don’t have.
We are shocked to get such a response from a representative of jaquar. Especially when the product involved is a premium shower system which cost us a few lakh rupees. Now there is no help regarding service of the product.
Please look into the matter and get the issue resolved asap.
