I have raised numerous complaints for flush systems. And out of 3 flush system, 1 of the system in faulty. Service persons are attending the complaint under 10 yrs warrenty, but there has to a system which indicate repeatative complaint from same customer. For these complaint you send someone from manufacturing team.
Anyway, please check service request history which will indicate that i am not at all satisfied with your services. Please support to resolve flush overflow issue effectively. Till date, component cleaning, air pipe, knob, spring, pressure valve, o ring has been replaced, but woth zero effectiveness.
