I am writing to let you know that jaquar
local service provider not responding last 3 weeks and my newly made bathroom could use due to that.
Let me explain my situation.
I am sanjib b. Khan form habra, west bengal. India. I am using jaguar
product from 2009 and i am happy to use the product. I got problems several times and the previous service provider responded well.
But this time i am extremely disappointed with the service. I complained and a technician has come and he fixed within 30 minutes. After he left, i test the waterline, it was faulty and i called him again but did not respond even i called to the office several times but some times they said parts not available and sometimes said someone will go to recheck. But ultimately the problem still remains.
I hope you understand the matter and i am sending some attachments and contacts of the service provider to know more details about the problems.
Please do so fruitfully as early as possible because currently i am outside of india and my mom is living alone and facing lots of difficulties just for faulty shower mixture.
