The flush valve is not working properly in our bathroom and water is continuously flowing. I had called their helpline number and they sent theirr technician who said that it will need to be replaced and will cost around Rs.2, 200/-. We have warranty certificate for this and it states 10 years of warranty. We had got this installed in December 2012. Why are they charging us for the parts replacement when this is in warranty. Their products are not of good quality.

Please resolve this issue urgently or else I will report this complaint to consumer court as well.

    I have registered a service request no. 00652293 on 26 july 2018 and told me service person will contact me in 72hrs. I called after 1 week and raised the concern again that no service is received, then also i didnt get any service. Again i called after a week to escalation department and they also promised me to get the service guy call me immediately. I also sent email to [protected]@jaquar.com on 8 aug 2018 and a reminder on 13 aug 2018, as of now there is no reply or service. On13 aug i called again escalation department and they transfered the call to service center in cochin and the service guy promised to sent the technician in a day to my home in koyilandy, calicut district but its not done as of now.

    Dear jaguar team we have bought good bulk stock like washroom equipments like jet spray, shower and tabs where in we are facing lot of issues regarding fitting was not proper and also its not working properly.

      Hi my name is chanpreet singh. I have complaint regarding the fitting which is being installed at my place. The fitting is not working properly so it would be great if you can send your executive so that he can get it rectified & solve the problem. The fitting is getting loose & is coming out in the kitchen & the other one in the bathroom the water is not coming out from it

        I am a regular jaquar customer and have installed total jaquar/artize fittings in all the 6 bath rooms and kitchen in my house
        there is some problem in one artize and one jaquar tap and i lodged complaint no. 00687841 at help line no. [protected] on 06.08.2018, but none attended the complaint
        then again, i lodged a reminder on 10.08.2018, but surprisingly, no body has turned up even till date
        i wonder, what has happened to jaquar and if this is the way, the company treats is loyal buyers, i am afraid, there will be extremely adverse publicity for the company and may be, i shall be constrained to go the press or social media to highlight my grievance

          The above docket was registered to you on 08/08/18 which was assured to be solved within 72 hours. The request was for repair of jaquar mixture fitted in my bathroom. Being unattended, re-inquired on 11/08/18. Concerned staff passes the call to his seniors, who arranged a conference call with the service provider, who promised to be attended on next day. After useless waiting for the mechanic, i again called on 13/08/18 the concerned caller again passes my call to seniors and he assured me to be attended within one hour and till now, i. E. 8 pm, the service call is not responded.

          Thanks for attending my complaint. On 14/08/18 your staff attended and repaired the mixture and also assured to replace the commode shower holder on 16/08/18.

            In a span of 1and half year i have been complaining 3 times for same problem my flush not working and a jetspray has continue leak plumbers come change and go but problem still remains same after 3 months
            Such a big name of company but customers are not at all satisfied and product are so highly priced but of cheap quality.
            Jaquar the name is enough i had been hearing but now i must say jaquar only the big name its a real disaster...

              Hi,

              I purchased geyser from jaguar and technician did not fit it properly and because of that it drop down.
              Other technician from outside visited to my home and he said that jaguar technician did not fit the geyser properly and other bathroom geyser will also drop down so please complain to jaguar.

              I complain the same to customer care, my coplain number is 00694790, with urgent request but did not get response after 3 days and again i called but again the same thing happened.
              This is what we expect from jaguar a third class service?

              Now, take action soon otherwise i will go to consumer coart.

              Got the call from service center raipur they said jaguar is not responsible for geyser fitting whereas customer care person is saying that jaguar is responsible for the same.

              Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
              Its been jst around 1.5 years since we have buy tap mixer .
              Its has stopped working...

                I got all the toilets in my house installed with jaguar concealed wall mounted flush but now most of this flush buttons are not working and moreover after you flush water continues to leak into the sink. The washers or something insidethe flush button assembly seems to be defective and none of the local plumbers sem to be able to rectify this problem
                Kindly get it rectified at the earliest

                We have all plumbing accessories jawahar make. Since last one months we are facing an issue some taps leakage and tap handle broken.and this regards we are many time compliant to jaise delhi and noida centre but they will not attended our compliant yet. So request you to send your team to rectify the issue on urgent basis.

                  The said service was registered on 18th july, 2018. The person from your end visited for the same. However, the complaint has not been resolved as yet as he has informed about some part required which will come from your company, not available locally.

                  Today i am shocked to get message from your end that the said complaint has been resolved, without acutally the same being resolved at my end.

                  Please see to it that the said complaint is opened again and the necessary solution is provided to me at an earliest.

                    Actually from last 1 month we are regularly facing problem with the accessories of jaquar we have installed in our bathroom and we have also registered complaint against it but we are not getting a proper services from jaquar and the customer executives are again again closing the registered call and marking it as problem resolved but it is not the case at all. The main problem we are facing is that the seat we have installed is not working up to the mark and we have registered several complaints against it and even the executives have visited our place and the have said that the seat is to be replaced but no action has still taken place to resolve our problem. We have installed the accessories of jaquar so that our problems gets resolved on time but we are not at all satisfied with the services provided by jaquar.

                        Versa water heater 60 litres is not working since the day of purchase and has been complained of several times with no action whatsoever. The heater does not heat water at all but also the metre shows completely heated water. Lastly the service representative says that this is the way jaquar heater works. I have been complaining of this matter since October last year 2017. it seems like jaquar doesn't even want to look into the matter

                          Dear Sir

                          I had lodged a complaint of overhead shower to your customer care on 15th June 2018 (Reference No.[protected]. Your service man attended the complaint on 19/6/2018 and after checking, he advised that the shower has to be replaced and he will revert within a day or two to take away the defective shower. He charged Rs.270/- for inspection. However he did not turn up as promised. After repeated phone calls he ultimately turned up on 5/7/2018 and taken away the piece and again taken an advance of Rs.330 against the total cost of the shower of Rs.600/-. Balance Rs.270 had to be paid at the time of installation of the new shower. (Service Job Cards are attached). After that he did not turn up till date.

                          After waiting for 9-10 days when the person did not respond to my repeated phone calls, I called up your Customer Care to complain about the matter where I found that the subject complaint has been recorded as complied. Your Customer Care executive has given a mob no.[protected] (Mr Mahendra Singh Rawat, Dealer and Maintenance Service Provider of Jaquar). Since then I am calling Mr Rawat regularly for getting the job done, but every time he comes up with a new story and the shower is not replaced as yet. My overhead shower was of round shape (quarter plate size).

                          Hope a company of your repute would resolve the issue immediately without further hassles to me, or else my defective shower and the money taken by your service man, may immediately be returned to me.

                            My swan neek bibcock is being disturbed since may 2018 at very date of purchase it. A week ago your technician has come but failed to repaired it. He said a parts of it willbe change but it is not available to him. He said he will collect it fom calcutta on 3rd august2018. And then it will be repaired. But it is very very difficult to me to spend this long time without this basin bibcock. I am surprised to seeing this type of service of your world famous company. Please do something fast...

                              Had brought wall mixer from rathod bulid mart yeshwantpur bangalore within 2 months the chrome is chipping of the product is 100% faulty i had brought it the very time the product got launched now the money invested in bathrooms gone for a toss better buy non branded products they have better quality jaquar is all name had complained 3 times a person had come taken photos videos and then no response the company is aware of it only cause we people don't fight for it they take us granted shame on you and ur brand.

                                Since the last 3 months the company jaguar has been harassing me as the service team is not ready to resolve the complaint i registered.

                                Myself robin, writing this because of a very bad experience from such a reputed company like jaquar on customer service.

                                Before 1 year, had bought couple of jaquar sanitarywares and fittings for my home furnishing. My understanding at the time of purchase is that we will get 10 year warranty on products.
                                Being a reputed company, i strongly felt that jaquar would provide the support and went ahead and purchased it.
                                Out of those items, one of the wash basin had a complaint and i raised a service request with the shop from where i bought it.

                                Location : piravom, ernakulam, kerala

                                Complaint : in the counter top wash basin, there is a silver fitting around the overflow hole. That silver fitting started peeling off and its showing the plastic parts and changing the color to green. Please find attached the photo.

                                After 2-3 days, one of the technician, santhosh, visited my house and check the defect. He told me that its a valid defect and he will report it to jaquar.

                                Next day, i got a sms from jaquar saying that the service call reference number is 00509149.

                                "thanks for choosing jaquar, a complete bathing solution company. The registered service call reference no. Is 00509149. Customer care toll free -[protected]".

                                After 2-3 days, i got another sms saying that the the issue is resolved.

                                "thanks for choosing jaquar. Service call refer. No. 00509149 has been resolved, for further assistance please call on jaquar customer care toll free - [protected]"

                                Then i called jaquar customer care.in the call, they connected me to ernakulam branch manager, pramod. I talked him and he told me that he will go through the service request and take necessary action. I have forwaded the sms i received from jaquar to his mobile number.

                                After 2 days, i called him again, he said he is working on it and will update me soon.

                                Again, after 1 week, i called him. This time he totally forget the things. I tried to explain the complaint again to him. He said with in 5 days he will get it sorted out.

                                Now its almost 3 weeks after my last call. No response no resolution.

                                @jaquar team, i know this is a very small complaint related to your corporate complaints. But for a common man, its his hard earned money and the trust he shown to your product is loosing here.
                                Hardly it takes 1 hr to solve the issue. Get a new part to replace the defect and fix it. But your team is simply ignoring it as they don't have time to work on these silly complaints.

                                Bad on you jaquar.

                                Can you help me in getting it resolved.

                                  I have purchased jaquar wc kus-wht-35851sn-kubix eight months back. From day 1, the siphon system inside wc is defective and water flows continuously. I registered complaint, atleast 12 times, with jaquar service, in last eight months.
                                  Every time some technician comes but problem does not get resolved.
                                  I am fed up and tired.
                                  Kindly take with highest management level of jaquar so that defective siphon system inside wc is completely replaced and problem is solved.

                                  Thank you for taking up my complaint. Ms. Kanchan ( mobile [protected]) called up yesterday. She said Mr. Indresh Kumar (Mobile [protected]) will visit to solve the problem. Subsequently, Indresh Kumar visited but could not solve the problem and therefore leakage in WC continues. I called up Ms. Kanchan this morning and told her her to replace the defective unit. She said she will do so.
                                  Would request you to ensure that above action happens so that problem is resolved.

                                      Since the last 2 months the company jaguar has been harassing me as he is continuously not visiting the site and not even solving my problem. Suprsingly one day my interior Archit Sarogi had a talk with jaguar and told that we have to destroy your full bathroom in order to show the internal problem to the representative of jaguar after the damage the jaguar person gave some new parts and said that it will be fine now but still there is a problem and now a person name Danish is asking for pictures and saying after I see the pictures I might visit your site. I have spend a huge amount of money buying the best body jet of jaguar still I am facing problems and there is no assistance by any side of jaguar. Please note my complain and take serious action against the representative and the company as a whole. for any communication give me a call at [protected]

                                        My tabs and showers have got badly rusty and the water flow from tab and shower have reduced to almost nil.
                                        We need expected such poor quality from jaguar and moreover this is my second complaint for the same problem
                                        Last complaint was not resolved becoz no one came to check the problem
