[Resolved] Jaquar — bathroom accessories | |||||
Purchased bathroom accessories from @jaquargroup (Fbd). One of the items (Handjet) has broken due to manufacturing fault but they've denied to replace it, despite of 10 years warranty on the same. We've launched a complaint (Complaint no: 927296) at their delhi office on 27.11.17 but still it is unresolved. Is this a service they claim to offer? We feel totally cheated by this group. My jaquar geyser is not working since the day it got fitted and tdy when shown to plumber he said one part is damaged.please send a person to check the thing and I purchased it on 24/4/16
