[Resolved] Jaquar — bathroom fittings-flush not working

I have purchased fitting approx rs.75, 000/- in may 2015 from your authorised dealers in thane maharashtra.

My flush service kit stopper bush is not working last few days. I have lodged complaint no. 00449682 on 09.05.2019. Technician attended today and asked to pay rs. 1645/- for part replacement.

I request jaquar to replace it is free of cost because either faulty fitting supplied to me or wrongly informed us that warranty for 10 years by the dealers.

Request to inform your service contract agency to replace original part free of cost.
