Whom so ever it may concern
Few days back my seat cover developed a crack which grew intense till the time someone from the service Center came and attended the matter.
I had installed Jaquar fixtures in the year 2021 between September to November and the seat cover itself says 5 years warranty. Spoke to the area manager Mr Rutvij and his colleague Aisha one by one.
Where Ms Aisha is arguing me and giving me lame reason to check the weight capacity of toilet seat cover with the dealer before buying it? And when further I say i[censored] can’t handle I will reach to higher authorities and can also go to consumer court she is telling me to go ahead and go to consumer court. I mean this is the kind of employees you have. Also Can anybody from Jaquar explain me can ur seat covers not bear the weight of 95kgs and if it can’t I am sorry I would never ever recommended Jaquar to anybody as it has been mere 1.5 years and the seat cover broke ? I mean what was the quality that Jaquar carried earlier and what has happened to it now ? Before renovating our bathrooms we’ve always used Jaquar and while renovating also people recommended lot of other options like Grohe, Hindqare, Kohler and lot more but we did not listen to them and were very vocal about our choice because nothing happened till the time we used those bathrooms and look at the day today I have to write you such a long email because I am not getting proper assistance from your representatives.
Despite people talking us Jaquar has lot of service issues they don’t give proper services etc etc we did not listen to them and always selected Jaquar and even recommended the same to others also. But today was a miserable day where your representatives also show arrogance while talking to the client and do not give satisfactory answers and rather show frustration while talking. I am sure Jaquar is investing on teaching their employees about how to handle customers.
I see no logics, no satisfactory answers, they are not able to give me proper answers on what is covered in warranty.
I am really upset with the kind of service and kind of reasons I am given for my issue despite of things covered in warranty of 5 years Was this information helpful? |
