Hi I want to bring to your notice pathetic experience with jaguar post sales services that i experienced recently. I bought jaguar sanitary fittings worth more than 2.5 lacs (Bill attached), from your authorized dealer in pinjore (Near panchkula) around 4-5 months ago. Out of the various items that i bought, one of them was centralised gyeser system. It was conveyed to us by your technician that they will come and do final activation of geyser in winters (Around month of oct-nov)... For reasons best known to them.. But we are approaching end of nov and your technicians have not turned up. I have tried calling them multiple times on your toll fee no. But all in vain. This is completely unacceptable. Even after spending lacs of money, is this the customer sales experience that we deserve, that too from a brand like jaguar??? This is my last try to bring the whole matter to your notice so that you can take corrective action at the earliest (As i have already tried tons of times). If my problem is still not addressed to, i am left with no other option but to complain to relevant higher authorities... Please take a look at the attached bill and help us in connecting with your technicians at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
