[Resolved] Jaquar — Deffective valve not replaced and poor sevice | |||
I called the customer care and my complain was attnded within a day. but the serviceman was not interested to change the deffective valve as the company does not give any warranty on the replaced parts. it is very unfortunate that company like jaquar is misleading the people by showing that their product is covered under warranty for ten years. this is only a eye wash, they only replace the deffetive parts within one year of purchase. if the product become deffective after one year one has to pay for tha deffective parts and one should note that they will not give any warranry on that service or rreplacefd parts. such a policy regarding customer care would not provide any help to the consumer. i do not expect such a policy from jaquar. i will put this issue in public platform to inform people regarding the issue for reduction in harrasment of the consumer Was this information helpful? | |||
