As per our purchase order given to the distributor by mail dt. 10/01/2020 and payment through cheque no. 3440, dt. 14/01/2020 of axis bank limited amounting rs.4, 00, 000.00 in favour of your distributors m/s narayan sanitation (Royal sanitario) against their proforma invoice dt.13/12/2019 (Copy attached herewith). We are sorry to note you that till date your materials has not reach our site.in this situation we suffer tremendous problem and request you to cancel our order and return our advance amount in our bank account mentioned below.
