I have purchased a couple closet wc - white with the jaq code - lys-wht-0309 from one of the dealers in panjim, goa on 08/11/11.
On 12th of this month, the flush tank of this wc broke and needed immediate replacement. I called up the customer care on[protected] and placed a request for a replacement of the flush tank. They promised me that a technician would contact me at the earliest.
As i did not get any call from anyone from jaquar even after 48 hours, i called up the customer care again yesterday and was promised that my complaint has been put on fast track. Till now - after 50 hours, i still have no iformation as to when someone would visit mu house.
As you may be aware, jaquat mainly deals with bathroom fittings and material. Any defect, breakage is an emergency as is the case with me, unable to use my wc. Therefor the response time for attending should be as minimal as can be.
I am not sure how long would it take to get my wc in working condition as the flush tank has to be procured and fixed.
Better service and coordination is required from a company of your repute. People when they buy materials/ items from you - at a very high premium - do so because of the reputation and a belief that they would get the best of the service.
To face such situation as this, is totally disgusting and deplorable.
