Jaquar — flush button | |||
Mumbai 28th july 2019 I made a service request on the toll free number 16/7/19 for my flush not working. When pressed the water kept flowing and would not stop till the spring was manually released. A technician from kartik enterprises visited on 17/7/19 and looked into it. After the technician visit the flush started releasing immediately after pressing. As a result hardly any water flowed into the pot unless the flush was kept pressed. I lodged a complaint again, on 22nd july. The technician visited on 23rd july and now my flush is not working at all. I was charged rs 1885 and was given a cash memo. I cannot even understand what is written and what i have been charged for. Attaching the same below. I have called jaquar toll free number as well as the owner of karthik enterprises, mr kishan singh ([protected]) as well as the technician ([protected]) who visited several times from 24th july onwards but there is absolutely no response from the company. The company should ban kartik enterprises as their authorised service provider as their service is terrible. Was this information helpful? | |||
