Jaquar — geezer service under warranty | |||
I had purchased 3 nos 3ltrs 4.5 kw geyser on 13.12.2017 and istaaled in my newly constructed house. One out of three is not working. I did lodge a complaint with jaquar on 10, 2 2018. But till date there is no response from jaquar customer service. The call center keeps transferring calls from one desk to other. On every followup call the only response i get is that service engineer will call you before the visit... I am getting a feeling that they are waiting for the warranty to get over Was this information helpful? | |||
