Jaquar Geyser — faulty geyser

Its humiliating to complain that a faulty geyser has been installed and after complaining no one is coming to attend it. Jaquar is a great name and to my horrible experience i feel i have mistaken to purchase a product from such a arrogant group of people who don’t understand the value of their customers. After two reminders no one even bother to contact me. Kindly look into the matter sympathetically so that in future i will definitely not do a mistake to purchase a product from your company.
